How do you scape reallity?

I'm not really sure how i got to the point, but i have a few shots of bourbon and give these long, rambling speeches to myself.
I just pace in circles in my dad's basement giving these, weird monologues... sometimes for 4-6 hours.
Except for that i'm stuck here in reality.

All manner of arts and crafts. I'm always trying new things when I get a chance. It's more about expression and interacting with things with my hands than getting gud.

I used have really complex daydreams. I'd lie on my back in bed with my pillow in my face for 5-6 hours and daydream. I stopped a couple months ago when I realized that it was freaky how realistic they were.

High-risk situations in which I need to concentrate so hard that I can't think about anything else.
Mostly weed, alcohol, core music and good RPGs
