does anyone else do this? sometimes i like to grab my lower lip

does anyone else do this?
sometimes i like to grab my lower lip and just pull outwards/stretch, making sure everything including the frenulum is being stretched nice and good
it feels really good, like a stretching your legs in the morning kind of way
do it to my top lip too but not as much
like pic related but without the piercing
