How do I get my mind off anime? I know it isn't healthy

How do I get my mind off anime? I know it isn't healthy and ultimately depresses me...but I seriously can't stop thinking about how much I wish I was an anime girl and how much better anime is than anything that has ever happened in my real life.

In the back of my mind, like I said, I know it's just pure fantasy.

But no matter what I do, if I'm happy I imagine myself as a cute anime girl in a 2D world. If I'm sad, I just wish to God I was anime and not in this shitty real world.
