Used to be, then fell for fit meme and put on some weight. Feels a lot better desu. This is me gratuitously flexing in the mirror. Been trying to eat right and go to the gym for the past few months. Now I'm 21.5. Biggest secret for me was counting calories and realizing how little I ate.

I abide by 'if it fits your macros', and try to go a little towards keto side because recent medical lit indicates carbs are a risk factor for heart attack stroke and all that fun stuff that can wreck you later in life. I shoot for 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per pound body weight then fill in the rest of my calories with good fats and a few carbs only. So basically 130 grams protein average per day.

Basic day I usually eat 1 lb of turkey or chicken with veggies which is about out 80g protein. I also eat a lot of eggs, whole milk, cottage cheese, and tuna. I realized it's hard as fuck to get that much protein so I also use some whey powder in milk to fill in gaps. I love seafood but it's too pricey to eat regularly.

Is that what you wanted to know or more detail? I used my fitness pal to get started figuring out macros in foods.

That's where males put fat anon. Females put it on thighs, arms, and ass, men put it on belly. Bmi is just your weight over your height. You have no muscle to speak of and fat is lighter than muscle so you're just a little skelly with a belly. If you want to lose it you have to eat less and lift to get some muscle.

The gomad meme did it for me. I went from 130 to 160. Of course depression came back to fuck me in the ass after an injury so I'm 145 now, but I kept some mass.

I didn't keep any cardio though. I ran last week and was gasping not even 2 miles into my run, fucking bullshit. I was running the world's slowest 10k before that, 6.3mph pace on the treadmill.

I like being skelly, very aesthetic, but being skelly with abs feels a lot better. Still skinny, so you can wear shit from h&m, but you also don't look like a cancer victim/survivor/hero or whatever the en vogue term is now.

Basically my story too. The bonus for us is going from skelly to ottermode is pretty easy and IMO ottermode is the ultimate for attracting women. Everyone talks about brad pitt in fight club and if you look he's actually tiny compared to any real lifting bros, he's just super low body fat so his abs show and that's what gets em wet.
