I run quite a bit. I'm a little on the big side for a long distance runner (190 lbs/6'3''). I generally eat healthy but I don't count my macros or anything autistic like that. I usually do bodyweight dips, pull-ups and other various calisthenics 2-3 times a week.
My friends and gf think I'm ripped; /fit/ thinks I'm dyel.
/fit/ is right but I only care about the opinions of my friends and gf ;)
