I made it to 9 days recently before fapping. I managed to not look at porn for pretty much all of that time, but on the 10th day I started getting aroused on my own, thinking about porn. I still thought that I'd be able to keep going , but then I was struck with a case of blue balls. It became so annoying that I began to rationalise fapping, so I did.
I went nofap for 3 months once just because of all the bullshit claims people make about it giving you more confidence etc.
It doesn't do anything.
Start with nofap for awhile but then try to switch to pornfree because porn Is the real poison anon.
Trust me, life gets better with no porn. You notice the small subtleys of life that you miss out with a brain swimming in dopamine soup.
