I remember the Nazi chateau level and the Paris undercover assassination levels were maximum comfy, you could stealth past part of them but they always devolved into huge firefights that reminded me of that movie The Dirty Dozen.

The last level was classic too, killing that general dude that was shouting German at you felt great, as was flying away in the HO-9.
