You need to visit a courthouse first. report the incident or anything related then ask the clerk for a request from and specify which type of restraining order you want. fill the paper. get a lawyer. attend the court. then they will judge then your person will not be able to approach you or come in contact with you or else if she broke the order she will be charged and go to jail. I had had the same issue and when she wouldn't leave me alone even if I told her to she would keep talking or bothering me she even starting showing up at my house uninvited and wouldn't leave until after she came in for about an hour then I realized that she's trespassing on my property and called the cops on her for trespassing then she didn't bother me anymore
