Well you can't become a sociopath like that I guess, but maybe read a lot of psychology, talk to a shitload of people, and find out what makes them feel good/bad? At least you'll be able to "convince" people to do/think things if you know how to steer conversations or w/e. Learn a useful skill too. From there just go work in that sector while using your social skills to progress more easily.
