I used to drink at least 3 beers daily because they taste the best but it made me gain 15 kg and I had to work my ass off to lose them.

now i just use dry white wine, much less calories
red wine makes me angry for some reason

I used to drink rum and cokes but then because of the caffeine, I had trouble sleeping. So I drink more red wine and beer now. It also helps me regulate what I've consumed. Hard liquor can sneak up on you.

I think it has anything between 10% and 15% alcohol, the fermenting is done in two weeks.

All it takes is yeast, water and sugar.
