- Terrible for you, and loaded with absolute dog shit nutrients, plus contains a ton of horrible additives that do not need to be in bread (make your own bread if you actually want to consume bread, because it is not hard at all).
- Very bad for overall bone health (extremely high concentrations of phytic acid) if you eat it often (cereal is the worst, plus other highly processed foods), which is why you're brainwashed to consume it often, due to they want a weak nation to make money off of with the health care system.

This is not even real meat at all. It also contain extreme amounts of nitrates, which are wicked on your overall health (heart). If you want chicken, then find a farmer who will sell you chicken (you will be able to see how they are raised), plus this way is a lot cheaper than buying from a grocery store (buy in bulk and store in a chest freezer).

This is also not real, but the FDA allows companies to falsely label pretty much everything. You can buy 100% real cheese, but it is going to be a little bit more expensive (not too bad). Dairy is terrible for your health anyways and is not even needed. They best way to obtain calcium is from plants.

Your diet should:
>70% greens and fruit
>30% lean meat and fish (chicken, salmon)
>Liquids should be water (not city water, due to high concentrations of sodium fluoride, which is terrible for your brain/memory and bones), occasionally (they are diuretics) green tea or high quality coffee (not instant), or a vegetable blend made into a smoothie for your morning meal.

Then add in calisthenic and weight training workouts for 1 - 2 hours per day and you will see change. If you're a giant fat fuck, then you will be left with some loose skin, but it is better than being a blob. Good luck to all of you anons I know you can do it.

No, you should not, because you made your metabolism shit out from beating its ass into the ground from all those years of binge eating shitty food, due to that is what you do when you're sad, etc.

Walk and try to be active for more than one hour, because one hour is nothing (you play or have played video games for more than that).

Also, eat less, but make sure the meals you're preparing are highly nutritious and small. We are not supposed to eat these massive meals that we are brainwashed into eating.

The food you are consuming contains almost every horrible ingredient that makes you want more of it. You must be going over your daily calories. Because the same thing happened to me. Now I've been using My Fittness Pal app, it a calories counting app, it has every food product in the world. You just scan the bar code of what ever you are eating at it will give you cal and serving sizes and shit. I'm losing about a 1.5 pounds a week when I don't over eat that week.

I've been eating around 4-6k daily for the last ten years. 230 lbs seems to be my max for my level of activity.

I do lift weights and masturbate a ton, so muscle mass helps a bit with calories required.

It might be that I eat tons of raw veggies/vinegars/kale shakes and normally get fish oil.

Happened to me too. Fact of the matter is you aren't counting calories effectively. I bet you write off a lot of little things, well these little things add up. Also I bet your weekly fast food you binge 3,000 calories over. that's 1 pound of fat right there. Eat the exact same thing every day, that way you can accurately keep track of calories without getting overwhelmed and writing stuff off and when you have your weekly takeaway limit to the set meal, no supersize, no extras.

So glad most of it is on my stomach/thighs aka easy to hide and my double chin isn't as bad as the weight suggests.

The last time I had an IT job and the company paid for take out food I was in the lowest weight (93 kg / 205 lbs) I've been in 8 years.

Next Monday I start at my new IT job, and once again I get free food for all work days, place is right in the middle of the city so I can pick any place I want.

I'm hoping this will fix my eating habits and day rhythm somewhat and maybe I'll come back down again.

If not, I'm doomed a fat fuck for life.

God help me.
