Got a blockade right now but I think that one piece while ultra mega entry level is still very fun to watch.
Aside from big ones like Full Metal Alchemist and Psycho-Pass, I'd recommend Ef: A Tale of Memories, MM!, Sakamichi no Apollon, Shigofumi, and Nagi no Asukara. You could also start with some shorts like Teekyuu or Chitose Get You. Those are just some I personally enjoyed.

Don't really ask for recc in general, just do your obligatory entry level first, you can get these from mainstream anime sites (they're cancer, but can serve a purpose). Eventually you'll get to know what to like and watch and can plunge into the depths of watching chinese cartoons.
Also, often times discussing it is more fun than actually watching it.
