I live in a house but for a few months had a neighbor who listened to loud, shitty music all the time and talked loudly on the phone
He moved away but that experience has made me fucking paranoid and hate noise.

The worst part of the insanity is that you stop relaxing even in the quiet moments, because you're always on the edge, thinking when will the noise start again
