smoke pot daily, drink a few times monthly, dxm trip once in a while.
tried cocaine once, didnt even do anything
They are expensive and short-term relief with long-term health detriments that lead to the conclusion that I might as well have spent the time and money on something that would've actually helped.
Personally, I think I've been experiencing true depression--Where my energy just seems inexplicably sapped and I'm always tired.
Doing drugs like that would bring you up but not for very long. You need more and more of those drugs each time so that your condition won't come back.
Being depressed is better than being depressed and on withdrawal.

I take kratom every day, it helps a lot with my depression/anxiety.
