I did the same thing. Minus pulling bitches. I used to be jealous of the kids who were good. I was pretty slow but not the slowest. Like 19 minute 5k slow.

I think my best time was 18:56 for 3 miles.
my two mile track time was 11:48 and im very proud of that.
I've legitimately put on 100lbs since then though. So hope you are doing better than that.
