Then again, maybe the lucid dream insight would help to ease the burden, or perhaps the egregore would tune off the unpleasnt voices.
Sure it's unconventional, but I believe it could greatly benefit You, and there's nothing to lose.
Not like meds can fully get rid of itm so why not just as well use the potential of our minds and heart's desires to overcome whatever afflictions matter cannot cure.
It might just as well be the only way, and I don't mean the two mentiond, but instead reaching for the hidden potential that's slumbering within us. Miracles do happen, they just take various forms.
