if you're having a DXM trip, you need to buy something that does NOT have ANY other active ingredient besides DXM.
the one in your OP pic has Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine which are both unsafe in high amounts. taking that much guaifenesin will shut down your liver. make sure you don't buy one with ibuprofen or acetaminophen in it either, because taking high doses of those will also heavily damage your liver.
