I don't know. I turned into a hikki NEET for five years and built my confidence up a little over the internet. I'm still not very good at feeling attractive but girls always give me a lot of attention irl and let me get away with a lot of awkward behavior because I look good I guess. It just takes time anon. You should try judging people less though. I don't mean that from a moral standpoint really but the less you judge other people the less you'll worry about being judged. When you judge people a lot you'll instinctively think they're doing it too. I have trouble taking my own advice though.

When I see someone walk by me I usually don't think much of it. I might think "fat person, white, brown hair, yellow shirt" or whatever but I'm not thinking "wow what a fatty how gross!". So, I guess I mean negative judging.

I'm told I'm attractive, but I don't think it's due to my looks.
I think it's more because my family is fairly well off and because I make more money than most of my peers who have minimum wage jobs at best.
