I shower every day.
Shampoo and conditioner every other day, air dry and manbunned.
Brush teeth twice a day, floss once.
Shave every other say except for my chin which I keep trimmed.
Change shirt every two days or every day when it's warm. Change pants every four days max. I change my clothes when I go out or get home.
I clean my room every week, dust every few days.
And yet I'm still a KV. Hygiene don't mean shit of you don't meet people.
I havent brushed my teeth in over 2 years.
They look fine and dont hurt, but I can still tell there are a few cavities.
But I have a phobia of dentists, and anesthetics never fucking work.
Sometimes when I think about brushing my teeth i just think that its already too late and to just continue until they rot out.

Showering isn't that good for your skin in the first place, let one every day. It's more socially acceptable though. Can't have everything. And cold showers are better for your hair. Better to cold rinse your hair separately every two or three days and wear a cap while showering.
