It war simmilar for me at first, because I jerked every day and missed porn. After a while I started only to fap every two or three days and found the experience much better, because it was way easier to get off. After about two to three weeks, I didn't really feel the need to fap, unless I was 3-4 days without it and that's pretty much the best option for me.
