I drink and play really violent videoames or watch really violent movies/TV series, generally about extremely upsetting or disturbing things.
I don't know why, it just makes me feel calm. I'm a pretty normal person otherwise, I suppose I just have to get my "fix".

As for normal relaxing I mostly draw, play games, browse the net, explore the occult, sometimes read/write someting or watch comfy videos/listen to asmr, usually listen to lovely tunes in the meantime overall, please myself.
