Omg I'm just like that. If I have a job or responsibility it freaks me out so much I can't sleep and I get around 3 hours of sleep and am miserable all day

Sit or lie down, whichever's easier, close your eyes and then just concentrate on your breathing, as soon as your mind starts to wander just stop it in its tracks and go back to the breath
