If it is LSD and you took it all you'd probably just spend the next 8 hours laying down in complete psychedelic daze not being able to think straight or understand anything.

I believe acid's effects peaks at a certain dosage, after that you're just prolonging your high. I'm pretty sure 2.5 - 3 mg is well above that limit. You will pretty much go blind from the visuals. You won't be in this reality anymore.

Dude what. Not him, but you rarely get actual LSD nowadays and it might very with be NBOME. Depending on the supplier, if he took 30 he might very well overdose.
If legit that's just a fucking waste after 5 because you'll lose the ability to even think so tripping harder would be pointless.

That's true, though it's easy to tell if what you're taking is nBOME or LSD. Just eat the tab. nBOME doesn't work if you don't take it sublingually. So if you can get high from just eating it you know you're taking legit LSD. No other RC is potent enough to fit a dose that would have an effect on you in one of those little tabs. So it's either nBOME or LSD.
You might end up tripping too hard and doing something stupid/dangerous.
I wouldn't do it if I were you. Certainly not without someone sober to keep watch.
