Daiya cheese is the best cheese substitute for making nachos/cheeseburgers.
You can make your own pizza with that daiya cheese or There's some brands in the store with it, but dairy free pizzas are usually gluten free too. Which is fine for me but you may not like them. Also they're vegan so buy your own pepperoni slices to put on it.
Tons of good dairy free ice cream, lots of different brands and types. Cashew milk ice cream is my favorite but soy milk ice cream is good too. Some people like the almond milk ones but I'm not as big on that.
All this shit will be at the new hippy grocery stores like new seasons/whole foods/market of choice. Krogers/Fred Meyers has it too. Target probably has it. Can't speak on other stores.

Have you ever tried any of the ice creams made from cashew, almond or coconut milk?
I had some coconut cookie dough ice cream.
And there's a lot of lactose free cheese out there. Don't get vegan cheese though man it tastes like plastic. I don't know about the vegetarian cheese with the lactose taken out but it can't be as bad as daiya.
