I'm personally having a hard time deciding on either Absurdism, Physicalism or Solipsism although I'm set on determinism.
I can't know that for certain whatever is outside my head does exist but if it does, then everything that happens is caused by something else and whatever people do experience is determined by the chemicals in our head, environments we visit and our genetics. Absurdism fits in that I don't think we'll ever find or be able to comprehend the actual cause for everything,.
