I bought some land in Northern Arizona. Absolutely gorgeous area for cheap as dirt. There's a couple of expensive cities in the area, but most of it is still small cities/towns, cheap as hell. It was $10k for 15 acres. That's with the price dropped because I bought it in cash instead of financing it.
I am going to have to make some money here and there, but it's going to be easy online shit like MTurk. I can live off less than minimum wage part time, because I'm going to have almost no bills to pay when everything's all said and done. I'm going to need to pay for internet, food (I already went over my cheapo diet here >>25040083 it also doesn't require a refrigerator), water, gas/maintenance for my truck (ha, would I even need to go?), maintenance on the solar panels/batteries occasionally, and property taxes.
