How long have you been doing it and what's your experience thus far?
Whenever I stop fapping for a few days I get wet dreams at night so just cum at night, which isn't exactly better than just fapping during the day.
Anyone else has this problem?

Ive been doing no fap without even realising it lads. Exams help take my mind of it, i feel kinda better just in general; face cleared up a bit, just waiting for the rest of the small scabs to come off and then maybe I'll have skin as smooth as silk

I have done nofap about 10 times. Usually I last 7 to 10 days and the longest was 22 days I think. Now at day 4.
What I experience during nofap: (some of these make no sense, some might be placebo, but I can't tell because it is too subjective. All I know is that this happens regularly)
-spontaneous erections
-dreams of boxing (I have never boxed once in real life)
-intense desire to go skeet-shooting (never done this, but I might this time, seems like a psycho-hobby though)
-running feels 3x better
-coffee and tea are little more enjoyable
-intense desire for experiencing beauty (for the lack of a better way to describe it) so I read poetry and go to art galleries. This one is hard to explain, but I swear to god, the "drive" to do these useless things appears every time when I do nofap for more than a week. This is actually the reason I do nofap nowadays. I want this state of mind
-mild restlessness
Otherwise I am socially the same kind of normal person as before. General productivity is similar, maybe even slightly better.
Generally feel less contentment and more desire.
I heard sometimes it does help and sometimes it doesnt. It took around 2-4 days to show effect for me though. Honestly I'd say its worth giving it a shot

Started on November 29th, 90 days before my birthday
Nothing feels different thus far, perhaps I'm slightly less lazy/lethargic but that's probably grasping at straws. I know I shouldn't go back to wanking multiple times a day (though I might wish to) but I'm not sure what I'll do if I reach 90 days and feel the exact same.

Tried it. Lasted 6 days. I think if I did it longer, I wouldn't feel the urge to break nofap. Going to try again starting Friday. Will try for a whole month plus I've been going to the gym more. So nofap + gym =better me.

I fap once everyday. longest period of no fap I managed to sustain was three weeks. but it didn't really make me feel better, only had a few wet dreams and more random erections, didn't notice any other changes
My goal is 3 months of no fapping. Starting today. Wish me luck familia.
