Basically what happens when you get kicked out of college (at least at my school) is you have to take a minimum of 2 semesters off before you can reapply. You have to explain what factors led you to failing and how you will avoid them the second time around, then you're re-admitted on academic probation and have to follow a course schedule created by an advisor.
