I'm eating healthy, mostly oatmeal, greek yogurt, kale, and turkey. drinking water and coffee (black). I hardly exercise, maybe like 1 minute a day consisting of weights or bodyweight exercises. I have a treadmill so I'm trying to get in the habit of using it daily but haven't started yet.

I'm doing good though, was 250lb at the start of November so once I get on that treadmill I should be hitting my goal soon.

I was hoping I could reach my goal by the end of this year as it would have been 2 years exactly since I started (I was 250 when I began) but changing an entire lifestyle and dealing with shit life throws at you it's easy to give up for 1-3 month periods before getting back on track and then having to re lose all that weight you lost and put back on during the break really was a motivation killer

I don't have many binge urges. The idea of eating more than 400 cals in a sitting is terrifying so bingeing is out of the question. More than 200 in a sitting is normally too much. If I am really craving shitty food i'll eat a bit of it and then call it a day.

Also i've taken to chewing and spitting. I can experience the taste of the food for pretty negligible calories.

Most of my effort has been going towards trying to change my attitude, to be more positive and optimistic. I eat a lot less, but eat healthier foods. I've been doing body weight exercises three days a week. Three months ago I wouldn't have been able to do a single standard pushup, but just the other day I was able to put out a couple sets of them; that really made my day. One or two people that hadn't seen me in a while have commented that I look like I've lost weight, but I assumed they were just being polite, since I don't see it myself. It was nice to hear that, though.

I'm taking things really slow. Building myself up with small victories. If I'm still doing this in a couple months, then I'll start taking diet and exercise a bit more seriously.

I don't care about my weight but I'm foreverially skinnyfat. My lifts shot up a couple weeks ago and have plateaued, my squats are even going down, and I'm still eating a decent surplus and I'm getting fatter while staying the same-ish strength
