Just get a weighted blanket. It's like being hugged all over by gravity or like being bundled up tight in a bunch of blankets.
Also, for cuddling, get a micro fleece blanket and/or a stuffed animal.
For the saying "I love you" part, get a pet or pets. cats and/or dogs would be best, but really almost anything would work. Plus, most pets would also fill the cuddling requirement you have.
