It's not really because I eat very healthily or anything. I just get a fair amount of exercise and forget to eat, or just feel too depressed to eat. Today I had a handful or Oreos, two Double Del cheeseburgers, and a large order of McDonald's french fries.

I'm horrible at estimating weight. Your 57kg photo doesn't seem a whole lot thinner than me at 65kg even if I'm shorter. I can't really believe you're only 57kg. No fucking way, at my 8%BF it would imply roughly 8kg more muscle, which barely shows at all.
Are you sure you're not closer to 63kg or something? My younger brother is ~57kg and roughly 1.75m, he looks much thinner than you do.

Last time I stood on a scale was a week ago and it said 127 (was an actual lbs scale). Maybe the bright light in the pic makes my ribs less visible.

My lowest point at this height was 53 kg, my highest was 1.5 years ago at 68 kg (after doing SS for 6 months). I quit lifting and overeating after that so I reverted to auschwitz again. I did start again 2 weeks ago, so if I keep at it I will get heavier again.

Fair enough, lighting and such can make a huge difference. It could also partially be in my head, I've seen myself as almost Auschwitz thin for years, only recently started to realize that maybe it's not that extreme.

It sounds like you're on the right track again; try and get that weight back up to more healthy levels at least. No need to become fully ripped or what have you (unless you so desire of course), but a healthier body generally has a better resistance against exposure and possibly allows for a better mental stability/health where beneficial and such.
Yes, I genuinely would like for fellow robots to take care of themselves, wish them well, etc. I'm a faggot like that.

What was the reason you quit before and reverted? Did you manage to resolve said reason/issue? If not, it may be worth looking into that as well to avoid - or at least greatly reduce the risk of - reverting in the future again.

Sounds familiar. I think the best you can do is try to keep improving and such but simply keep an eye on potential signs of forfeiture feels returning and focus on working on those before they are in full effect. Seems to work well enough to keep them mostly at bay for me so far.

I tried therapy, didn't help even the slightest. Basically the "just be yourself" came up, the "why not just do it" without possible feedback on how to approach what, and whatnot. Perhaps I just had a pretty shitty psychologist, who knows.

A huge amount of introspection is where it's at. Analyzing one's issues and such, trying to look at it from various perspectives (both objectively and subjectively - and being aware whether or not an opinion/conclusion about yourself is (mostly) based on subjectivity), looking for potential ways to approach it, and actively try to push yourself towards doing so.
Trying to find what gives you positive stimuli and aim for those things, while trying to avoid negative stimuli where you can without limiting yourself and potential positive stimuli too much. (For example being a shut-in will avoid negative stimuli from outside, but if you do enjoy certain outside activities a different approach might be more beneficial; e.g. avoiding areas outside where negative stimuli are very prone, instead.)
It does require the introspective capability to do so, though. That, and the actual strong enough desire to change your current situation to overcome the urge to safely and relatively risk-freely stick where you are.

But I'm rambling.

It made every conversation very artificial, so I just decided to work out my problems on my own.

What did help was reading the novel Oblomov, helped me understand myself better.
