If I see a non-mirrored image of myself, I can see how fucked up I actually look. My nose is very crooked to one side and my jaw is also completely fucked up due to a crossbite. I didn't notice this until about 2 years ago. Only plastic surgery will fix this nightmare.

whether you're neet or not, there are lots of things you can do. i suggest jogging around your neighborhood. when you go to the convenience store, be friendly and make a point of smiling and telling people to "have a nice day/night". wear clothes you picked out for yourself, but from name-brand outlets. they don't have to be expensive. when people happen notice you they will form split-second impressions where they see you as "on their level" in terms of functioning members of society. even just getting decent shoes will help immensely. for some reason people really give a fuck about shoes, idk why. let your hair grow out and get a little messy. if your hair is long and messy, get a cut that is PROPORTIONAL with your skull shape. your barber can help figure this out.
