I think you and me have a diffrent idea of what hard means.
Depending on starting point it takes months, even years of hard work from careful diet and strenuous exercise to get a body like that. Plus for some it is not physically possible, and for others it would not matter because their face is fucked up.
I am not saying people should not treat their body right, and try to push themselves to be better. But don't do it for women, because it never works out well in the end.
