It's more like an outlook on life and less about achievement
A normie is a person that gets along with society as a whole and has normal interests (or heavily hides any strange ones he has). Generally they have a very narrow and simplistic world view and are easily influenced by their peers, media, and the world at large. They find it natural to socialize with their peer group. Most won't amount to much in terms of creating anything worthwhile.
