If you're still in your teens there's still a good chance of finding a quality female that isn't tainted. Early 20s many of them are too busy playing the field and know the "rules" too well. Late 20s the chances go up again, and keep going up, but only because they're used up and they've come to the same conclusions as you after their emotional decisions failed them.

INTP here. According to both my therapist and psychiatrist my personality was developed almost exclusively by my crippling anxiety and depression, and I am the fuck up that I am today due to mental disorders. In addition to that, the anxiety and depression are just symptoms of another underlying issue that they have yet to pinpoint. In the meantime I am a guinea pig for medication that has turned me into an apathetic shut in (even more so than before).
Stimulants make me more charismatic and social, but also quickly spiral into anxiety if not taken in the right situation.
Benzos calm my anxiety but make me detatch completely from reality and not give a shit about anything, including school (which I barely gave a fuck about before). I have met with my adviser and profs to see what they have to say about what I can do to improve my work ethic, but so far all they have said is if you don't have a work ethic you can't make it as an engineer.
I have shit work ethic and now am even less motivated to do well in school after trying pretty fucking hard all last term and getting C's (I was an A student all through middle and high school). First year of college was deceptively easy and I could get away with not trying at all, but this year has been incredibly difficult so far and my grades are evidence.
Sorry for victim ranting, but I don't have anyone else to talk to and have a whole winter break of loneliness ahead of me (can't afford to go home for holidays, stuck at shitty apt alone).

College was a joke and a waste of time for me. I survived and made it through because I figured it would be worse to drop out, the shame would make me miserable.
I taught English in China for a couple years, then went through nursing school. It pays the bills well enough. Knowing what I know now and beliieving as I do now, I'd have just gotten nursing education paid for by the military, done a few years with the army or navy, sparing myself the waste of time and especially money of a university education. It wasn't worth the expense, and I'm the stubborn sort who really wanted to learn and broaden my mind and perspective on the world.
Merchant marine might not be a bad idea either. The key in any situation is being able to control your mental issues so they don't emerge in the workplace. You need a place to live, and you need to eat, and you need for basic medical care to not bankrupt you. Beyond this survival, I don't know. But you must be able to maintain that foundation if there's any hope of improvement.
To do that, I just focused on letting go and separating myself from cultural expectations. I don't need friends or women anymore. Just letting those things go makes life easier and simpler. Self improvement is a key goal most don't really focus on.

I treat life like a game. I got a degree in Economics without going to classes. 2.48 GPA. lied to get a job. Quit 4 career-level jobs. Now I'm a stay at home dad
It's impossible to not be bored at a job. I'm smart enough to do an amazing job, and usually do for a few months. Once my reputation is established as a strong worker, I surf the internet all day. The work is usually so easy I can do 8 hours of work in 1 hour and pretend to work the rest of the day.
I have spent years getting paid $60k to basically read blogs about whatever interests me on that day.
But I still wanted to crawl out of my skin.
Now I'm in a weird situation, I'm a stay at home dad to a very successful woman. It's a perfect set up for now. I'm not sure what I'm going to do when the kids are in school. But I'm a great house husband since the kids are entertaining, are constantly changing, and the whole love factor keeps me interested in them.
But as for a career I don't know. I'm thinking I need something absurd and technical where I don't have to do the same thing every day.
What I would say is use your daydreaming to explore every single option and idea around you. Flow like water to the decision that will make your life better. Don't struggle against the tide. Test is not the issue. My T levels are 1080 natty, and I'm almost 30. I am constantly horny which only adds to my difficulty sitting at a desk all day.
Get off the meds. I love benzos too. Probably has something to do with the anxiety problem I also have. I use them recreationally with weed a few times a year. They are addictive and will erase your memory.
Diet and sleep are the only things that work for me. Sugar and lack of sleep bring out the worst part of me. Try something like paleo and take melatonin. Cycling long distances is the only way I can get sleep. Can't stand other forms of exercise. It's a good INTP sport because it's solo and you can just space out and think the whole time while dodging cars and seeing weird shit

It feels weird with these tests, since, for the longest time I was an INFP, and only until up about a year ago did I 'switch' to INTP, which is interesting, since I haven't been social in a year's time, and thinking about things over feeling them makes more sense when you're the only person there. Even more interesting, when I was younger and more naive to my life's situation, I actually tested as an ENFP. It's kind of scary that my life spiraling downward is easily shown by this test.

I prefer planning but I completely fucking fail at getting my shit together so I end up improvising.
