a little over 2 months ago someone posted a "your roll is how many push ups you do" thread and I discovered I was able to do a total of three (3) push ups in succession and about 6-8 total
serving as a bit of a wake up call I just broke 30 in succession and 80 total for the first time. feels gud friends, you too can make it

it's not magic or even very scientific but there's this site called 100 push ups. i don't believe it's too important to follow it closely (though I do) but it becomes sort of like a game and you track your progress and notice the improvement every week which is great for motivation

Thanks, i will try that site and hope that i wont end up like always. Usually i lose any motivation, get lazy and drop it
