Most of the problem goes away if you get legit low body fat. Even in cases with legit gynaecomastia it's very possible for the issue to not be visible if you have low bodyfat.
No, I don't mean you getting a normal BMI, I mean getting low fat as a guy (meaning veiny and very visible ab definition).
The operation, if you don't want to actually try losing weight first and seeing where it gets you, is very affordable.
It's stupid to get surgery unless it's close to an actual deformity though, as, like I said, if you get low enough body fat it's not noticeable.
So if your case is bad enough, you're essentially deformed, and complaining about women not liking your deformity enough to settle for it.
