Learn the basics then learn topology then learn low poly and then learn to texture. You can technically start just with extrude but you knowing the tools will make your life easier. Also smooth shading and smooth vertex are your friends

It's good that you are starting low, I didn't and I had a hellish time. I only recommend tackling big things first if you are ready to go to sleep wanting to die and are OK with spendion an entire week on a single mesh. Keep watching tutorials and don't give up

Listen learning blender is easy, the only big problem with blender is that 90% of tutorials are for basic stuff then 8 % of them are for cycles rendering and you are left with only 2% that can teach you good stuff so learning is easy, getting good not so muchgo

To fuck yourself, of course I want to learn, I wouldn't be spending that kind of money otherwise but there is a paywall in my country that doesn't allow me to get any work until you get qualifications and beyond a certain age you need to start looking for paid work. There is a course for zbrush nearby that costs 1/6 of the money and I would rather go downtown everyday because its useless
