What are the realistic qualities to look for in a woman?
You can't expect them to be a smart as you, or as dedicated as you, or able to be good conversationalists like men. Sure there are women up to par with men, but they're so rare that it's impractical to think you'll find one.
Most women don't even have hobbies. Listening to music is their 'hobby'.

Honestly, I've never lowered my standards and still go after the gf who shares my hobbies, is intelligent, doesn't rely too much on me but is still submissive etc, and you shouldn't have to. anything less than what you want is not going to be fulfilling, better to have no relationship than one you don't enjoy.
