After a certain age, women don't really advance mentally anymore in any ways that make a real difference. Little girls (pre-teens/teens) in some ways can think for themselves more than adult women. They're still innocent. I would date one, yes, if she was okay with it but physical intimacy would have to wait.

I don't know , but my idea is that because I am emotionally stunted & I stopped growing socially in my highschool years. I became a full on social pariah on that time so I missed out on those social experiences with other people .
