Ive played WoW pretty much on a daily basis for 11 years, still not bored of it. I am not a unique case either because I know tons of others in the same situation. You were doing it wrong and probably played WoW using the mindset that it's "just another game" and you probably came at WoW with the wrong approach. WoW is more of a lifestyle than it is a video game.

I'm playing Eve. I've got three accounts now, having a little break over christmas now that's work is so busy. If you're looking for something to consume your life, this is a good choice. Null sec sov warfare is never ending. It's the player base waging war against each other, fighting for territory. I can't really think of any other mmo's with a risk/reward quite like Eve.
Arma 3 is great in with friends, csgo Is much faster paced for all around fun. Gmod with people or solo but it's a staple game and gives top keks with friends. Insurgency is easy to run looks good and tons of fun. Get arma 2 if your potato can't run arma 3 there is still a huge player base and it's really fun.
