drinking less liquid makes the problem worse because i get constipated. then i get hard stool that blocks up my tract, and other stuff leaks around it. smells worse, i've tried before. i haven't tried monomeal, but i do know i have slight lactose intolerance. doctors have diagnosed me with dyssynergia. basically my ass muscles don't work the way they should. i don't empty completely and that causes my problems.
i've had my anus violated by so many doctors i basically have no shame anymore
