Guys i need help.
>struggle to get out of bed unless i absolutely have to, for example if i have work or college.
>shit sleeping pattern
>cant control my diabetes (type 1) I don't underestimate the importance of it, i just cant get into the habit.
>feel like shit all the time
How do i get willpower to do shit about it?
Pay me to do what your parents should have done to you growing up. Beat you until you become a better person.
A huge portion of that is caused by your uncontrolled diabetes.
Get that under control first.

Fellow type 1 here. That should be the most important thing on that list. If you don't get that under control(I'm assuming BS too high?) than that could lead to eye problems, sexual dysfunction, and circulation problems that could lead to amputate. Believe me it's not easy living with this shit, but people who take care of it have a better quality of life. Just saying.

I got diagnosed with it when i was 10, Doc's said they don't know what triggered it.
My problem is that i always forget the little corrections and it all adds up.
what did you do to get into the habit of always checking bs and injecting?
