Luckily I'm no longer facing crippling insecurity over these things as I used to until fairly recently, and manage to suppress worrying about most things 99% of the time, but they're still concerns.
I'm aware some may be due to comparing with people/measurements who are well above average, or may just be my own point of view skewing it, but sadly that awareness doesn't completely negate the worrying.
All things that can be fixed I tend to be too lazy for, which implies I'm apparently not insecure enough about them to "fix" it I guess. Only exception being dry lips (avoiding licking lips, applying some Vaseline at dry or cold environments etc.) and yellow teeth (continue brushing to avoid it getting worse).
Things that can't be changed I kind of accepted, trying not to waste much extra energy on worrying about it.
