How about a CSGO team? At the end of every ranked match you tally up your kills/deaths/points and that's how many pushups/pullups/situps you have to do before you can play again?
I've been doing 20 pushups in between matches. It makes me feel like not such a lazy piece of shit and if I lose weight I will feel better about myself and maybe go outside more.
