I read a post of someone who attempted to kill themselves this way and lost consciousness and woke up with a really bad head ache. Apparently it is possible if you have a weaker kidney that cant process all the liquid.

i saw it on stan lees super humans there was a guy who could drink a few extra liters of water and spit it out. they were calling him the human hydrant i think. they said if someone else tried it, it would split their insides or dilute there blood stream and kill them. sounded really nasty
