I'd much rather have terminal cancer than be overweight. Cancer isn't something you can choose to have, being overweight means you totally and utterly failed at every single point in life and have no value as a human being.
I have normal BP last time I checked.
I know I still need to lose weight. It's not now that's the issue. It's when you get older and your body is less effective. It's can quite rapidly fuck you up.
Go to the gym for an hour a few times a week. It will make a difference.
My severly autistic brother whos as fat as me does, (due to his shit diet) and he has leg muscles that can crush a man's skull due to doing 30-40 lengths each week.
