I'm a NEET, don't do anything and I don't have any friends. Any suggestions for a hobby to get me outside more?

Yeah, photography is a good one for getting outdoors. You don't even have to know a lot to start out, just get a camera and start taking pictures. Look up local sites for stuff you'd like to take pictures of, it could be nature, geology, landscapes, waterfalls, architecture, cars, people, animals, stop lights, anything that catches your eye. There's lots of material available online for the theory side of it, shot composition and exposure and technical stuff. If you get involved in a community, there's lots of opportunities to make friends that way too, if that's something you're interested in.

I do cooking and herpetoculture as my main hobbies.
Cooking is easy to do socially, take cooking classes at your local community college, Sur La Table, grocery store, etc. Craft stores usually have baking and candy making classes. These classes have a couple men usually but are mainly full of women.
If you want to be around other men, try finding a herpetology group and going on excursions herping with them. Going to reptile conventions is also fun and quite social, and you can make a little money, too, if you breed reptiles and sell them. Very fun, very rewarding hobby.
I also enjoyed going out with the local mycology group to gather oyster mushrooms and morels, but please realize this is quite seasonal.

I came of my bike ages ago and concussed myself badly, and I haven't really been able to get back into it. In terms of exercise I recently joined a gym and am still trying to find a new routine.

My favourite hobby is history and even when suicidally depressed I still found time to study it. If you have a well developed sense of empathy then you can really feel what the people of the past felt and it becomes quite engaging.

Guns, if you are in a gun friendly place.
Iv'e met tons of great people through competitions, hanging around gun shops, it's extremely stress relieving, i got a Remington 870 Wingmaster yesterday, and putting 12 gauge slugs into a target is extremely stress relieving.
Card Games are a great hobby for getting out and meeting new people. Just find a game that appeals to you and look for local stores that host tournaments. Magic is full of robots and usually has the most tournaments.

I watch at least one movie every day typically. I like to watch genre films and exploitation/schlock stuff because for me it is neat to find movies like that with actual artistic depth. Even the shittiest movie can have great moments in it if it was made with the slightest amount of love from anyone who worked on it.
I write stage plays. It's a good way to kind of work out general thoughts about the world. Not to figure out how I feel or like get over emotions or anything, but to lay it all down in a long, narrative argument. Really relaxing and satisfying when you finish a 100+ page play.
I sing in a punk band so I write songs for that. I'm not a very musical person but it's really is powerful to feel the room shaking from your voice and shit like that.
That's pretty much all I do I guess. I doodle a little bit (mostly art for the band) and sometimes write gay poems but meh. I wish I did more, I just can't get into hobbies like DnD, MTG, Warhammer, model building or anything like that. They interest me a lot but I can't actually force myself to bother putting time into them.
