Prison School that came out this year as well was pretty funny.
Nichijou is a surreal experience, you have some Moe elements but it's just so..... everything..... it's also funny, plenty of well-time slapstick humor.

No Game No Life start off with that premise.
18 year old NEET with his 11 year old adopted sister whose parents are dead I think so they do nothing but play every type of game all day everyday. They dominate everything and everyone so a God from another universe challenges them and brings them to his world where there is no crime or war or anything, everything is determined by games, and they decided to challenge the god again in his own world.
