Tea is disgusting. Little packets of potting soil in hot water. Kill yourself.

Who /lucid dreams/ here?
I find no happiness in reality, so I'd rather conjure up my own reality.

I mean, the worlds a pretty scary place.
I just like escapism and talking to fellow anons.

>potting soil
Do you know where tea comes from? And why are you using tea bags?

It's pretty fuckin neato when you're baked.

I have never had a lucid dream but would like to have one. Do you use some techniques to do it or it just naturally comes to you?
Coziest day in a long time today.

Here is how I achieved my first one:
Step 1: Wear a watch
Step 2: Check it every hour
Step 3: Before going to sleep, drink a bunch of liquid
Step 4: If you don't just piss yourself in your sleep, you will wake up in need of going to the bathroom. This is a good thing
Step 5: Piss
Step 6: Spend about 20 minutes doing whatever the fuck you want
Step 7: Go back to sleep
Step 8: While going back to sleep, repeat this in your head: "Everything that happens after this is a dream"
If this works, you may remember it in your dream. The watch stuff is just a fail safe.

You should do more research though. This may not be very effective for you.

people use techniques... but it could come to you naturally
one technique which i tried for ages because it seemed so simple, but isn't, is lying down and trying to go into a dream. you'll probably experience something like sleep paralalysis with that.
others are just writing down dreams, which people say tends to help with actually 'remembering' dreams (i don't know what actually causes you to remember dreams). then they use logical reasoning to go 'lucid'.
there's more to that, just google and read. it's mostly just random for me.
lucid dreaming takes a while. for me, i got 'lucid' a couple of times but didn't really go lucid. while other times i did but then it was so overwhelming that i did the one thing i wanted to do, which was fly (i didn't really command it either, it just happened, i wanted to fly and i did), then it ended.... just like life

thanks robots. I'll try your methods in the next few days. Unfortunately I usually forget my dreams few minutes after I wake up so I won't write a dream journal. I'll do some reaserch on the Web and fortunately find something that works for me.

writing in the journal is a part to remembering them more. most people forget their dreams 5 minutes after waking up
i don't really know, i've just read infographs posted here
did it for a while but cbf. normal dreams are good enough
bumping with comfy picture
How do I live the comfy life?
